Secretarial Services

AQC provides services for the formation and establishment of all types of business entities and corporate bodies. These services include preparation of various documents for the Registrar Joint Stock Companies and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

AQC further provide advice on Company Laws, Legislation of Exchange Control and Monopoly and Restrictive Trade Practices.

We also have experience regarding reports to Registrar Modarba and State Bank of Pakistan.

Initial Public Offerings
